Atopic Dermatitis/Eczema (oral 1) – itchy inflammation of the skin

Participants 12 years old or older are needed to help evaluate the effectiveness of an investigational oral medication for the treatment of eczema (AB045)


Atopic Dermatitis/Eczema (oral vs injectable) – itchy inflammation of the skin

Adult participants are needed to help evaluate the effectiveness of an investigational oral medication in comparison to an FDA approved injectable medication for the treatment of eczema (AB046)


Atopic Dermatitis/Eczema (teens) – itchy inflammation of the skin

Participants 12 years to 17 years old are needed to help evaluate the effectiveness of an injectable medication for the treatment of eczema (L1334)


Chronic Hand Eczema – itchy inflammation of the skin of the hands

Adult participants with chronic hand eczema are needed to help evaluate the effectiveness of a topical medication for the treatment of hand eczema (L1273)


Psoriasis (oral) – red patches of skin covered by thick, white scales

Adult participants are needed to help evaluate the effectiveness of an oral medication for the treatment of inflammation associated with moderate-to-severe psoriasis (U652)


Psoriasis (topical) – red patches of skin covered by thick, white scales

Adult participants are needed to help evaluate the effectiveness of an topical medication for the treatment of inflammation associated with mild-to-severe psoriasis (DMVT)


Alopecia Areata – bald patches on the scalp

Adult participants are needed to help evaluate the effectiveness of an oral medication for the treatment of alopecia areata (JAHO)


Hidradenitis Suppurativa – a chronic skin condition featuring lumps in places such as the armpits or groin

Adult participants are needed to help evaluate the effectiveness of an injected medication for the treatment of hidradenitis suppurativa (AB833)
